Problem
Independent instructors running paid online batches managed everything through WhatsApp groups, manual payment follow-ups, and spreadsheets. Reminders were missed, payments were late, and students fell through the cracks.
Solution
Built a full-stack platform handling batch creation, student enrollment with OTP auth, payment collection, and automated cron-based reminders. Designed to run an entire paid live batch end-to-end without operational chaos.
